Verify Employment History

We will check an applicants previous employment with the relative dates, duties and position held. Also we would check with each employer their willingness to  re hire.

Reference Checks

This is our point of difference. An Experienced Investigator will call a nominated referee and provide a report on the outcome. The call would cover the applicant’s history, reliability, credibility, integrity, and honesty.

Criminal Record Search

Confirms if the applicant has disclosed their criminal past. This also provides a valid identification check with any aliases being provided.  The forms are very particular, the original must be sent and the delay in replies can be as much as 7 weeks. However, an employer can hire on the basis that the check will be consistent with disclosures.

Credit Report

Assists in providing the applicant’s sense of responsibility and reliability, especially for jobs that involve financial transactions or stock. Includes Defaults, judgements etc.

Driving Licence, Status & Traffic History

Confirms the applicant's current drivers licence, classes and if they have any restrictions in relation to driving. Also, the applicant’s driving history of motor vehicle offences in the past 5 years.  You can set a monitor each year to receive notification of any new driving offences by your staff during their employment..

Professional Licenses and Educational Background Verification

We can validate disclosures made in respect to professional Licences held/attained and their attendance and highest level/degree conferred by educational institutions.

New Zealand Immigration Service

We are able to validate status in New Zealand.

Accident Compensation Status and History

Confirms the applicant's ACC status. Ensures an applicant has disclosed relevant prior injuries. Helps protect the employer against future claims.

Trade Inquiries for Self employed

We can check through trade suppliers an applicant who was previously self employed
