Experience
Steve is a well rounded investigation professional with well developed skills in the areas of commercial and general private investigations. He has been responsible for a large number of successful operations.
Steve joined the Metropolitan Police Service in 2000 as a Police Constable, he was employed by them for five and a half years leaving them as a Police Sergeant. During his time with the Metropolitan Police Steve has completed a wide range of training courses and has gained many skills and attributes relevant to a coroporate investigator.
Some of Steves work in the police involved completing court case files for Crown Prosecution, Court experience in giving evidence and cross examination, interviewing
skills by conducting in depth police interviews and leadership qualities through the process of coordinating team operations.
In his final year with the Metropolitan Police Service he was promoted to Sergeant and tasked to set up a new proactive team for North Wembley. Steve was supervising a team of up to 15 PCs. This involved considerable planning and management. Steve was accountable for the success of the team. Within four months of the team being set up they were heading the arrest figures for the size of the team in the borough and had received commendations for outstanding work.
Whilst working in the Police Steve proved to be a reliable person who has exceptional time management skills and integrity. Steve has very good communication and interpersonal skills through dealing with a wide range of problems in a very diverse community.
